Emotional detachment

Is there any mom who wants her kid to away from her for hours and hours ... ..? No... But working moms keep their kid away from them . This is surely not easy for them and also not easy for the kid to be away from mom... But wat else can be done. In today's era girls are educated  They are equal to men. They can earn . So there is no point in sitting home after having all knowledge and education . Because by sitting home they are simply losing their talent. But after all they are mom . So even if they are working outside their mind is always there with their kids. They are worried about their kids.
